Yes. To ride our scooters, the driver must hold a valid motorcycle-class licence — except for the Piaggio MP3 300cc, which may also be ridden with an EU car licence (Category B) issued before 18 January 2013.

For safety reasons, all MP3 riders must also have previous riding experience with maxi scooters or motorcycles. If we feel a rider is not confident or safe to ride, we may need to cancel the rental.

No — there is nothing extra to book. When you rent a Vespa or any of our scooters, your self-guided touring experience is already included.

Yes — we highly recommend booking in advance, especially for scooter rentals of more than one day, as availability is limited during the season.

For our Private Guided Vespa Tours, please send us your request at least 48 hours before your preferred tour date, so we can prepare your experience with care.

We always do our best to accommodate last-minute requests — but booking in advance ensures availability, a faster pick-up process, access to services like airport or accommodation delivery, and a smoother overall experience.
